1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mindjack ("the Platform," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Not Financial Advice

The Platform provides on-chain blockchain data analysis tools, including but not limited to wallet relationship visualization, KOL tracking, holder analysis, and token intelligence. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of financial recommendation.

• Past performance data shown for KOL wallets does not guarantee future results.
• Analysis results are derived from public blockchain data and may contain inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for your own financial and trading decisions.
• We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Swap Services and Platform Fee

The Platform offers an optional token swap feature powered by the Jupiter Aggregator on the Solana blockchain.

• A 1% platform fee is applied to all swap transactions. This fee is deducted automatically and is non-refundable.
• Swaps are subject to market slippage, liquidity conditions, and network congestion. The Platform does not guarantee execution prices.
• The Platform is not a licensed broker-dealer, money transmitter, or financial intermediary. Swap functionality is provided as a convenience tool only.
• You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with decentralized token swaps, including price impact, failed transactions, and smart contract risks.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (SOL/USDC) and processed on the Solana blockchain.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a subscription period has been activated.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew to maintain access.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform in a manner that imposes unreasonable load.
• Share, resell, or redistribute access credentials or subscription features.
• Use KOL tracking data to engage in market manipulation or coordinated trading activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and data on the Platform are the property of Mindjack or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Blockchain data displayed on the Platform is sourced from public on-chain records and third-party APIs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. On-chain data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mindjack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from trading decisions made using information from this Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your own jurisdiction. The Platform makes no representation that its content is appropriate or available in all locations.
